Day of Coordination

Keeping your day running like clockwork can make all the difference between a memorable, relaxing day and one that seems to never end. We can be the director by handling all of the small details of your day, so all you have to do is show up and say “I Do!”

*Day of Coordination is for couples who want to take care of the details on their own and want to relax and make memories on their big day while we take care of the rest.

Your Day of Coordination package will include, but is not limited to:

• meeting with the our lead planners six to eight weeks prior to your wedding day to review all details and contracts
• establish detailed itinerary for the day and provide to you ten to fourteen days prior to your wedding date
• oversee decor setup at ceremony and reception venue(s)
• attendance and guidance at ceremony rehearsal
• distribution of all day of outstanding payments for vendors
• Emergency Kit access
• our in person expertise on your wedding day, throughout all the big events and small details, we will provide on-site direction for the ceremony and reception so that the events of the day go off with out a hitch or speed bump
