*Full Event Planning is for clients who are just excited to celebrate with their family and friends. You can be as involved as you want to be - all of the details, just a few of the most important parts to you or none of it so you arrive and get the red carpet treatment.

The Full Event Planning package includes:

• Communication (emails, phone calls, text messages and monthly check-ins) whenever needed
• Planning theme, colour palette and budget
• Recommendations for vendors of all kinds from invitations to photographers, transportation and more!
• Quality options and suggestions to fit into budget limitations
• Support and attendance at vendor meetings or consultations
• Organization and guidance to establish a detailed itinerary for the couple, wedding party and all required vendors for the day of the wedding
• Rehearsal assistance and organization the day before the wedding
• Ceremony and reception decor setup guidance and assistance
• Ensuring all details are in place the day of the event/wedding - florals, cake, photo booth, ceremony programs, etc.
• Delivery of final payments to any vendors that have outstanding invoice balances on the day of the event/wedding
• Provide on-site direction for the ceremony and reception so that the events of the day go off with out a hitch or speed bump
• Full access to all items in the stocked emergency kit
